Welcome, I am Joli Ballew, a Microsoft MVP (Windows/Shell User), a technology trainer, and writer in the Dallas area. I hold several certifications including MCSE, A+, MCDST, and MCTS : Project 2007. In addition to writing, I teach computer classes at the local junior college, and work as a network administrator and Web designer for North Texas Graphics. I have written over two dozen books, I write for Microsoft's Windows XP Expert Zone, have created training videos for Keystone Learning, and have also written a textbook for Microsoft's MCDST certification, as well as a book for passing the MCTS: Managing Projects in Project 2007 certification. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, yardwork, and teaching my cat, Pico, tricks.
